If you are unable to attend the meeting due to a valid reason, such as a medical emergency or other unforeseen circumstances, and can provide sufficient proof (such as a medical certificate or official documentation), we will process your refund. Please contact our support team with the relevant details and documentation within 48 hours of the missed appointment.

Once your refund is approved, please allow 7-10 business days for the amount to be processed and credited to your original payment method. We appreciate your patience during this process.
